After your first visit Vellum opens without a connection. Install it from your browser’s menu and it gets its own window, like any app.

What works offline
- The app itself, your pages, files, search and version history.
- Code cells in every language you have run before, and charts you have drawn. Settings → Code runtimes downloads all languages ahead of time.
- The assistant and text recognition, once you have turned them on (their files are cached on first use).
Where your pages live
